2023! We made it folks! Time to kick it into gear and focus on us more.
I am not one to make resolutions, but I do believe in always leveling up. How do I do that you ask? Well with fashion of course :) I am here to tell you what I will be wearing this year and what the latest trends are to keep an eye out for. So, let's break it down into a few categories.
Oversized Everything
As we all know, comfortable living is the way to go. Oversized pants, sweaters, jackets are a way to be in style. Believe me, you can dress it up or down. Trouser pants and a cute crop top with a jacket or overcoat can make for a casual hangout fit or a comfortable office look. (Check out my Pinterest board for inspo under my fall fashion board)
2. Miniskirts
As some of you know skirts have not always been my favorite. However, I cannot lie, I have been loving miniskirts. They are such a great cute way to show off your figure and another way to look put together with minimal effort. Miniskirts with the exposed pocket coming from the bottom are so cute. It is an easy way to make your look more edgy but also if paired with sneakers would be very comfortable. Finding a skirt that is versatile for casual and dressy is a great way to also save money and style different ways. (Article cover photo example)
3. Cargo Pants
Cargos are nothing new. This trend has been standing in 2022 and will continue on in 2023. Cargos are such a great way to amp up your street style look. This does not mean that it needs to be super baggy. There are tailored options that will enhance your silhouette and allow you to create a more chic sophisticated look or a casual one to pair with a simple t-shirt. 4. Accessories
Shoulder bags that are small and come in various colors and sizes are the way to go. These cute little bags are another way to elevate your casual outfit or to further enhance your dressy one. Having a neutral bag and one pop of color options is great to diversify your wardrobe.
